Chicago’s Logan Square Neighborhood

Located on the NW side of Chicago Logan Square has become a location in convenient proximity to Downtown Chicago.

It is only 6 “L” stops from Chicago’s Loop and reflects an artsy multi-ethnic diversity. The central commercial/business district runs along Milwaukee Avenue which is the longest boulevard in Chicago (about 40 miles long). Milwaukee Avenue connects Logan Square to the Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhoods and has helped to foster the gentrification of this area. Although noted for its greystones (2-3 flats) it offers a combination of apartment rentals, condos and single family homes. Logan Blvd has been designated a historic landmark district.

Logan Square is just 2-3 “L” stops from Bucktown and offers convenient access to transportation (Logan Sq. Blue Line train to Downtown and O’Hare Airport) and 5 minutes to the Expressways (I90/94).

Logan Square has a “Walk Score” of 63

The average price of a condo*: $232,994

The average price of a 3 BR/2 Bath single family*: $459,339
